A-1 pays 25% matching.
125K Flexible Plan
You can have money deducted from your check pre-tax for qualifying expenditures. Such as child care, prescriptions, and health insurance.
Paid Vacation
A-1 currently pays 1 week paid vacation after a year, 3 weeks after 10 years.

Truck / Tools
A-1 will provide you with a stocked service truck and the tools you need to be a successful technician. We believe that without the proper equipment to do your job you cannot be the professional that you are.
Incentives
As you know if you follow sports, it would not be much fun to watch if they did not keep score. At A-1 we keep score. You are rewarded for being a top producer by receiving incentives and bonuses. Finally you'll be getting paid more then those guys sitting on their duffs.
